Genesis

Kendriya Vidyalaya Chourai is flourishing immensely since its inception in May 2012. It is under Civil sector. The school functioned well in a temporary building till July 2021. Now the institution is blessed with its own building in a lush green campus. The Vidyalaya is having classes from BALVATIKA III to XII with science streams in plus two(+2) where about 780 students are enrolled.
The school is privileged to have a profoundly learned, experienced and well qualified staff. There are around 30 staff members in the Vidyalaya . There are 5 more members who take care of the cleanliness of the premises.
The school has a huge triple story building with well furnished class rooms, well equipped science laboratories and a developed play ground. Besides providing quality education, the students are provided with ample opportunities to take part in cultural, sports and drawing painting competitions right from the school level to national and international level.
